There is also a basement, a small kitchen and bathroom which I need to take pictures of. Once I'm done painting I will put before and after pictures!

Painting Fun

For the past few weeks I've been painting the inside of an old 1930's house for my landlord. For a while Phil and I thought about buying it as is but decided our landlord wanted too much.
Anyways, Phil and I were sitting on the back deck taking a break when all of a sudden this furry critter came running accross the alley, into the yard then almost right up to us until it finally saw us...it was a possum! Phil chased it into the garage and I'm sure it's still there. Thankfully he wasn't foaming at the mouth! :)
